Vestkorn Faba Starch is made from dry milling and classification of faba beans. It is neutral in terms of flavour, aroma and colour. Vestkorn Faba Starch is made without the use of any processing aids or chemical compounds. 

Vestkorn Faba Starch is an effective binder that contains 19% protein and adds, significantly more protein when formulated in a product than if using cereals or compared with pea-, potato-, or sweet-potato starches. 

Vestkorn Faba Starch content is 65% on a dry matter basis.
